Delivery Charges
Charges for delivery are not included in the stated product price unless the total cost of your order is over £45, in which case free standard delivery is provided to UK mainland addresses.

Please note that post codes outside zone A & zone B shipping areas (Scottish Highlands, UK Islands, Channel Islands) may incur additional costs.

Delivery Process
Please note that all deliveries require a signature from the customer to confirm delivery. If the customer requests alternative arrangements or delivery without a signature then it is at the customer's risk and all4paws cannot accept any liability for lost or missing goods.

Delivery Times
Subject to availability we will ship your order within two working days Monday to Friday, (Bank Holidays excluded)
We will send you a notification email when your order has been sent for dispatch. Please allow 3-5 full working days from the date of the notification email for the consignment to reach you.

If you do not receive your goods after 5 working days. please contact us and we will put a trace on the order.
In some circumstances it may take up to 10 working days for your goods to arrive and we regret that we cannot consider the goods missing until the 10 days have elapsed.

Alternative Delivery Instructions
You will need to be available to accept and sign for the consignment or provide alternative delivery instructions. Acceptable alternatives include: Please note that deliveries to an alternative address, or any request to the courier to leave the package without a signature, will be attempted under best endeavours. all4paws cannot accept any responsibility for subsequent issues that might arise including, but not limited to, subsequent travelling costs incurred, loss or damage of any kind. If you request this option then you are responsible for the package after it has been delivered and all4paws cannot be held responsible for any loss as a result.

Failed Delivery
If there is no one available to sign for the delivery at the first attempt, the courier will leave a card notifying you and delivery will be re-attempted the following working day. Should this re-delivery fail then our courier will hold your parcel in the depot for up to 7 days to give you the opportunity to arrange a final attempt at delivery. If delivery is not rearranged then the consignment will be returned to all4pws. Please note that all4paws cannot accept any liability for failed delivery or any loss incurred as a result.

Order Fulfilment
Very occasionally, we may need to supply bags of food equivalent in weight to your original order. For example, a 12kg order might be fulfilled with a supply of 2 x 6kg bags. If you have a requirement for a specific size bag then please do advise us at the time of delivery.
